Tongue & Groove 2-1/4" - 8

This tongue and groove beadboard 2-1/4" - 8 measures 2.500" in width by .750" in thickness, requiring 2-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The decorative pattern comprises a 1/4" by 1/4" t & g joint with a .010" void for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The top retains a 5/16" broad half circle joined to an 11/64" angle on the right side. The canted line connects to a 1-19/32" flat line in the center with an additional 11/64" beveled edge on the right side. When two pieces of milled lumber join, they create a 2-1/4" face coverage dimension with a 21/32" broad channel gap between the merged boards.
