Tongue & Groove 1-3/4" - 8

This Double 3/8" V Joint Tongue & Groove 1-3/4" - 8 measures 1.750" in thickness, and widths can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide by 1/2" deep tongue and groove with .010" of void space left in the joint area, there is also a 3/16" wide by 3/16" deep chamfer on each edge of the pattern. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined together they create a 3/8" wide V groove on both faces of the boards, this design can serve many uses within the moulding industry but is commonly used in the manufacturing of rustic style barn doors.
