Tongue & Groove 1-7/16" - 5

This 1-7/16" - 5 tongue & groove roof decking measures 1.437" thickness; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of moulder/shaper used to mill the pattern. The profile is comprised of a 9/16" wide by 7/16" deep groove with a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep chamfer on one side edge and a .050" smaller tongue dimension which is left for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. When two pieces of finish lumber are joined together they create a 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep v groove on the face side of the lumber.
