T-Astragal 1-3/4" - 1
This t-shaped astragal 1-3/4" - 1 measure 1.750" wide by 1.750" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled from eight-quarter lumber. The functional pattern is composed of a 1-3/4" wide flat top with 3/16" eased edges, the left side has a 1-3/16" tall by 7/32" wide rabbet, the right side retains a 1-3/16" tall by 5/8" wide rabbet with a 5/32" radius edge. The profile gets milled from the right and left vertical cutter heads. This will allow any size width to be machined within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the profile.
