This Exterior Door T Astragal 1-1/2" - 3 measures 1.500" wide by 3.687" tall. The functional profile consists of 1/8" radius edge fillets on top and 1/16" radius edges on the bottom with a 1/2" thickness dimension at the middle, one side of the pattern is rabbeted 2-5/16" wide by 1/2" deep, the opposite side rabbet dimensions are 2-9/16" wide by 1/2" deep. The weatherstrip groove is machined on a universal spindle, or a table saw after milling. The professionally cad produced dxf file contains two high-precision template designs to create cutters for this specific detail.
