T-Astragal 1-7/16" - 2

This T-shaped astragal 1-7/16" - 2 measures 1.437" wide by 2.437" tall. The unique profile is comprised of a 3/4" wide flat on top, flanked by a small beveled line that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa leaving a 9/32" thickness dimension on the right edge and a 7/32" thickness on the left. The left side is dadoed 1-7/16" tall by 5/32" deep; the right side is rabbeted 1-13/16" tall by 7/16" deep. Our high-precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
