This plain t-astragal/mullion 1-7/16" measures 1.437" wide by 2.000" tall, allowing the detail to be machined laying horizontally flat out of six or eight-quarter lumber. The basic profile is composed of a 1-7/16" wide by 1/2" tall rectangular section with 3/64" eased edges on top, connected to a 1/2" wide by 1-1/2" tall rabbet on each side with 3/64" eased edges on the bottom, leaving a 7/16" width dimension in the center of the design.
