Shutter/Louver 7/8"

This shutter/louver frame 7/8" measures .875" in thickness, and widths can be manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The simplistic profile consists of a 13/32" tall vertical line on the bottom side, connected to a 5/16" wide by 15/32" tall rabbet. Our high-precision moulding knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
