Shutter/Louver 16 & 20 MM

These shutter/louver slats 16mm & 20mm measure .630" and .787" thickness depending on how you orient the blades on the molder during the milling process. Widths can be manufactured to any desired size within the machinery used to mill the profiles. The concept is to mill either size louver slat by simply flipping the cutter head over to the opposite side cutter head spindle to cut the desired thicknesses without moving the axial position of the cutter head. The profile comprises a .315" and a .394" radius bullnose edge tangent off the top and bottom of the desired thickness.
