Shutter/Louver 1/2" & 5/8"

These shutter/louver slat 1/2" & 5/8" measure .500" and .625" thickness depending on how you orient the cutters on the molder during the milling process; widths can be manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery. The design concept is to mill either size shutter slat by simply flipping the cutter heads over to the opposite side cutterhead without altering the axial position of the cutter heads. The profile comprises 1/2," and 5/16" radius bullnose edges tangent off the top and bottom of the desired thickness.
