Shutter/Louver 15/32"

This shutter/louver tilt rod 15/32" measures .472" wide by .625" tall. The functional profile is used to open or close interior shutters, it is comprised of a 15/64" radius half-round circle on top with double 3/64" eased edges on the bottom of each piece. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two-tilt rod profile. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
