Shutter/Louver 3" - 2

This tall, slender shutter stile & rail 3" - 2, measures 3.000" tall by 1.062" width, enabling the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The symmetrical profile contains two recessed 5/32" half-circles on the top side edges. The semicircles flare outward to full width by utilizing a 17/64" radius convex arc. The pattern gets milled by both the top and bottom cutterheads, making widths and thicknesses adjustable to any desired size necessary.
