Shutter/Louver 2-13/16"

This Z-moulding is manufactured sprung (laying horizontally flat) to minimize the cost of lumber while reducing the cutting circle of the knives. They are primarily used for finish trim around window openings in the installation of wood shutters. The overall installed width is 2-27/32", with a height of 2-5/32", and the milling sprung dimensions are 3-29/64" wide by 1-25/32" (keep this in mind while ripping lumber blanks), you could mill this from 8/4 lumber, there are four template designs in this dxf file, right, left, top, and bottom.
