Shutter/Louver 2-1/2"

This Shutter/Louver Slat 2-1/2", measures 2.500" wide by .438" thickness with a .260" depth of cut on the right and left vertical cutters and a .125" depth of cut on the top and bottom horizontal sets of knives.

The elliptical shaped profile comprises two 1/8" radiuses on each side edge; connected by a seven-inch radius tangent circle on both the top and bottom of the detail.

Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during the setup and milling of this moulding profile. Our acrylic templates also provide good blend areas on the knives, so you will never realize where one moulding cutter begins or the other set ends. This specific design feature will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
