Shutter/Louver 1-3/4" - 6

This shutter/louver frame 1.750" - 6 measures 1.750" wide by 1.062" thickness requiring five-quarter lumber to be used to mill the pattern. The one-dimensional profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide flat top connected to a 1-1/8" wide by 9/32" deep rabbet leaving a 25/32" thickness dimension on the smaller side of the detail. Our high-precision templates and knives include the required two-degree draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
