Shutter/Louver 1.750" - 5

This shutter/louver frame 1.750" - 5 measures 1.750" wide by 1.062" thickness enabling this pattern to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The simplistic profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide flat top connected to a 1-1/8" wide by 3/8" deep rabbet. Our high-precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
