Shutter/Louver 1-3/4" - 3

This decorative Z frame 1-3/4" - 3 measures 1.625" wide by 1-3/4" tall when it is installed around a window frame. The milling dimension is 2.125" wide by 1-7/32" thickness enabling the pattern to be milled from six quarter lumber while simultaneously saving money on production cost. The profile is comprised of a 1-7/8" wide flat top with an eased edge on one side and three cascading beads on the opposite side, connected to a 43/64" wide by 1-3/8" tall rabbet directly below, the other side has a 1-3/32" tall by 13/32" wide rabbet for the louver frame.
