Shutter/Louver 1-3/4" - 1

These small shutter slat 1-3/4" - 1 measure 1.750" wide by .375" thickness, requiring the use of a 4-1/2" wide blank of resawn five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-style molder. The elliptical profile contains a 4-1/8" radius semicircular convex arc on the top and bottom. The side edge dimension is 3/16" with 3/64" eased corners; this will help in the finishing process. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
