Shutter/Louver 1-1/4"

This Shutter/Louver Slat 1-1/4" measures 1/4" thickness with a .281" depth of cut on both the right and left vertical sets of moulding knives. Widths are machined to any desired size during the milling process.

The profile is comprised of two 1/8" radius bullnoses. Because the shape is so thin, the moulding cutters are designed with two profiles on the same set of blades; a simple axial adjustment of either vertical spindle can move the second profile into position momentarily.
