Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening. This cad generated dxf file (purchase in the link below) contains three skillfully drafted template designs for producing knives for this shiplap siding pattern, one for the entire width of the design, one for milling just the profile portion (for rustic lumber) and one for the left side cutter head. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken computer numerical control (CNC) tool path expediting the production process.
