WP 7 Shiplap Siding 7-1/8" - 9

This WP-7 shiplap siding 7-1/8" - 9 measures 7.125" wide by .687" thickness, and the exposed coverage dimension is 6-5/8" per board. The popular profile is composed of a 17/32" wide by 5/16" tall notch, joined to a 1/8" tall vertical edge with a 1/4" wide by 7/32" deep chamfered edge on the female side. The male side consists of a 5/16" tall by 1/2" wide squared lines, connected to a 1/8" tall vertical line with another 1/4" wide by 7/32" deep bevel on the top edge, the face side of the pattern is comprised of a 1/2" wide by 7/32" deep v groove flanked by 2-13/16" wide straight flat lines. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create the pattern illustrated in the above image. We also offer WP-11 siding for your review and consideration; this pattern has no v-groove because it's milled from the right and left vertical cutter heads, as with this detail, it enables the pattern to be machined to any desired width within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the profile.
