Shiplap 4-1/4" - 1

This beaded 4-1/4" - 1 shiplap paneling measures 4.250" wide by .437" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined out of resawn six or solid four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile is composed of a 3-1/2" broad flat line segment on the top center, joined to a 5/32" wide by 5/32" deep chamfered edge above the 1/4" wide by 3/16" tall rabbet for the tongue on the right side, the left side of the center is comprised of a 5/32" wide beveled edge joined to a 3/16" wide recessed bead (.062"), with a 1/4" broad slightly tapered five-degree line that creates the tongue at a 3/16" thickness. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together they create a four-inch-wide face coverage dimension, with a 1/2" wide v-groove and a small centered bead.
