Shiplap Paneling 3-1/2" - 3

This creative 3-1/2" - 3 slat wall shiplap comprises two 3/4" wide by 3/8" tall raised sections with 1/16" eased corners divided by 3/4" broad sunk fillets. One-half inch of the tongue is inserted into the rabbet on the opposing side. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a visually appealing slat wall with a three-inch face coverage dimension. The profile measures 3.500" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 3-3/4" wide.

Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail. It will also reduce burning and prolong the milling time between sharpening.
