WM 105 quarter round molding 3/4" - 4 measures 1.656" in width by .750" in thickness. We recommend using 1-15/16" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The traditional profile gets used in various applications within the construction industry. It consists of a 3/4" radius quarter-circle. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two quarter-round.
Caution: the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
