5/8" Radius Edge Moulding - 4

This double-radius edge molding 5/8" - 4 measure 1.75" thickness, allowing the use of eight quarter lumber for milling, the width is machined to any desired size within the parameters of the equipment used to cut the pattern. The knife design can mill two 5/8" rolled edges on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-3/4" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side on the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads on the molder. Enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
