1/2" Radius Edge Moulding - 9

This double-radius edge moulding 1/2" - 9 measures 3.375" thickness, requiring the use of any width blank of fourteen-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The cutters can mill two 1/2" round-overs on one edge of lumber measuring 3-3/8" thickness with a 2-3/8" flat section in the center. The acrylic template is turned over to either side of the profile grinder reference pins to manufacture a set of right or left knives for the vertical cutter heads on the machine. This will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled at the same time.
