1/2" Radius Edge Moulding - 5

This double 1/2" radius edge molding - 5 measures 1.437" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled from six-quarter lumber; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The profile comprises a 7/16" wide line segment in the center, flanked by a 1/2" radius semicircle on each side edge of the design. We always provide sufficient blend areas within the knife design, so no one will ever realize where one cutter begins or ends.
