1/2" Radius Edge

This 1/2" radius edge knife can mill a maximum thickness of 1-7/8" tall. The profile is designed with an axial constant of 1-1/2" thickness. It can be utilized on hundreds of profiles, from easing edges on pieces of lumber to rounding a corner on a casing or similar. Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during the setup and milling of this detail. Our acrylic templates provide sufficient blend areas on the knives, so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends; these specific design features will substantially increase yield during the milling process.

The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On some radius edges, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
