3/8" Radius Edge - 7

This 3/8" - 7 double-radius edge measures 3.500" thickness, necessitating the use of sixteen-quarter lumber or a 4" wide by 4" tall block for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The knives are capable of milling two 3/8" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3-1/2" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical side cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
