3/8" Radius Edge - 3

This double 3/8" - 3 radius edge measures 2.000" thickness, necessitating ten-quarter lumber for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 3/8" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring two inches in thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
