3/8" Radius Edge - 2

This double 3/8" - 2 radius edge measures 1.156" thickness, necessitating five or six-quarter lumber use for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 3/8" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-5/32" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
