5/16" Radius Edge - 4

This double 5/16" - 4 radius edge measures 1.000" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The width can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 5/16" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3/4" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
