1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 8

This double radius edge molding 1/4" - 8 measures .687" thickness, allowing the use of four quarter lumber for milling, the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 1/4" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 11/16" thickness. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced on either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled the same time.
