1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 7

This double radius edge molding 1/4" - 7 measures 1.375" thickness, necessitating the use of six, or eight quarter lumber for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 1/4" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-3/8" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads on the machinery; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled at the same time.
