1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 5

This double radius edge molding 1/4" - 5 measures 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 1/4" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/4" thickness. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced on either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads on a molder; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled at the same time.
