1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 4

This double radius edge molding 1/4" - 4 measures .812" thickness, allowing the use of four quarter lumber for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 1/4" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 13/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled the same time.
