1/4" Radius Edge - 22
This double 1/4" radius edge - 22 measures three-inch thicknesses; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The knives can mill two 1/4" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3" width or thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical side cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
