1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 17

This Double 1/4" Radius Edge Moulding – 17 measures 1.125" thickness with a depth of cut of .406" on the right or left set of moulding knives. The width is milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern.

The profile is capable of milling two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/8" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right and left knives for both vertical cutter heads; enabling all four sides of the lumber to get milled simultaneously.
