1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 15

This Double 1/4" Radius Edge Moulding – 15 measures 3.375" thickness with a depth of cut of .437" on the right or left set of moulding knives; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder used to mill the pattern.

The profile is capable of milling two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 3-3/8" thickness. The moulding template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.

The knife design includes the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while prolonging the milling time between sharpening whether you own a Weinig, Wadkin, Leadermac, SCM, Diehl, or Kentwood moulder, our custom knife designs will mill flawlessly on them all.
