1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 14

This Double 1/4" Radius Edge Moulding – 14 measures 2.000" thickness with a depth of cut of .406" on the right or left set of moulding knives; the width can get machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern.

The profile is capable of milling two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 2" thickness. The moulding template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber milled simultaneously.
