1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 1

This double radius edge moulding 1/4" - 1 measure 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five quarter lumber for milling, the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The profile knife design can cut two 1/4" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring one-inch thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads on a moulder; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.

Use one of our 125% concentration ultimate borazon grinding wheels, finish grinding at 3000 RPM's, with a twenty-degree back clearance angle, will create a superior micro edge on all your high-speed steel knives. During the machining process, these cutters will be capable of milling some of the finest quality architectural mouldings you have ever produced.
