3/16" Radius Edge Moulding - 5

This double radius edge molding 3/16" - 5 measures 2.750" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of twelve quarter lumber, the width can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper use to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 3/16" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 2-3/4" thickness dimension. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads on the machinery; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
