3/16" Radius Edge Moulding - 13

This double radius edge moulding 3/16" - 13 measures 1.031" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of five quarter lumber, the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The blades are capable of milling two 3/16" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/32" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads on the moulder, this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be machined simultaneously.
