5/32" Radius Edge - 10

This 5/32" - 10 double-radius edge measures 1.375" thickness, requiring six or eight-quarter lumber for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The blades can mill two 5/32" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-3/8" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides to be milled simultaneously.
