1/8" Radius Edge - 5

This double-radius edge 1/8" - 5 measures 1.437" thickness, requiring eight-quarter lumber for milling. The width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The knives can mill two 1/8" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-7/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads on the machine; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
