1/8" Radius Edge - 40

This 1/8" radius edge - 40 measures 3.750" in width, allowing multiple thicknesses of lumber for machining on industrial equipment. The knife design can mill two 1/8" round overs on the edges of a piece of lumber measuring 3-3/4" wide. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right, left, top, or bottom blades for any cutter head on the machinery. These options will enable all four sides of the lumber to get milled simultaneously.
