1/8" Radius Edge - 37

This double-radius edge 1/8" - 37 measures 5.500" wide by random thickness, requiring the use of a 5-3/4" wide blank of lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The knives are capable of milling two 1/8" round-overs on two top or bottom edges of a piece of lumber measuring 5-1/2" width. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture top or bottom knives for both cutter heads on the machinery. This will enable all four sides of the lumber to get milled simultaneously. If you would like to machine the edges from the right and left vertical cutter heads, review other options, but please note that the thickness of the lumber will be locked in on the thickness instead of the width like this one.
