1/8" Radius Edge - 30

This double radius edge 1/8" - 30 measures .781" thickness, permitting the use of four quarter lumber for milling, the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The knives can mill two 1/8" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 25/32" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads on the machine; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
