1/8" Radius Edge - 3

This 1/8" - 3 double-radius edge measures 1.187" thickness, necessitating six-quarter lumber for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The knives can mill two 1/8" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-3/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left blades for both vertical cutter heads on the machine, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
