1/8" Radius Edge - 29

This double radius edge 1/8" - 29 measures 1.406" thickness, necessitating the use of eight quarter lumber for milling on an industrial style molder; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder use to mill the pattern. The cutters can mill two 1/8" round-overs on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-13/32" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
